Email List: When downloading a free resource, subscribing to the newsletter, or purchasing a product, clients will be added to the TSPM Studio email list. TSPM Studio ensures that email communications are infrequent, valuable, and respectful of privacy. Personal information, including email addresses, is handled securely and will never be shared, exposed, or sold to third parties.
Direct Communication: Clients and customers can contact TSPM Studio via the email addresses provided to them upon submission of a form, download of a resource, or purchase of a product. This ensures secure and personalised communication.

TSPM Studio prioritises the security of its website and user data. The website is hosted and maintained through Framer, which, as of 14 January 2025, adheres to rigorous security standards, including:

SOC 2 Audits: Framer has successfully completed both SOC 2 Type 1 and Type 2 audits, ensuring robust security and availability controls.

Support & Availability
→ Post-Delivery Support
TSPM Studio provides complimentary support for one month following the delivery of a completed project. This support is limited to addressing issues directly related to the deliverables and their functionality, as outlined in the project agreement. Any additional support beyond this period, or outside the agreed scope of work, must be established as part of a separate engagement.

All projects are accompanied by tailored support documentation, which may include walkthrough video tutorials, static guides, or interactive online resources. Support materials are prepared based on the tools, platforms, and configurations available at the time of production. As these platforms and tools evolve, the materials may become outdated. While TSPM Studio endeavours to maintain paid learning resources to the best of its ability, bespoke guides created for specific projects are not guaranteed to be updated. Requests for updates or new support materials will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.

TSPM Studio’s services are available to clients globally and are not restricted to Australia.
